“I love the place and the staff are superb the food is also good. But the actual hotels needs much work done. From small details to some major health and safety works in the rooms. I am more than happy to provide an extensive details if required as I feel the place has so much potential to be even better than what it is. Our concierge Wily was super and worked well with us and made our stay even more enjoyable sorting all things for us. Jorge Rafael our dance instructor was fantastic full of spirit and kind and patient,”
