Was a last minute booking and it turned out to be a very pleasant stay. Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was very comfy! The buffet breakfast was done right and the food options were more than adequate and very fresh and delicious. Service staff were polite and helpful when their assistance was required. The hotel is located smack in the middle of Bukit Bintang, close to the rail network, shopping, and restaurants offering Middle Eastern, south Asian, and local cuisine. Would definately consider staying here on the next trip to KL.

Really Satisfied with the Perfectly and Exquisitely done up Suites Room, great for my kids and Spouse stay. Worth more than what we Paid for! Concierge Reception is professional and received us even we arrive at wee hours and helps us with smooth check in. Its pin-pointed smack in the Centre of all the Famous Malls and Bazaar Streets. Near proximity are a string of Local Authentic Food that bring my Taste buds back to those Charcoal and Wok days where food fills my gastronomical desires at best. Would definitely come back again for the Stay with my Family.

We booked a unit here for our weekend trip to Kuala Lumpur. Little did we know that Pan Pacific Serviced Suites has just opened, so technically we were one of their earliest customers. Lobby and all the rooms were very well designed and made. It looks so modern and luxurious. Staffs were very friendly and helpful too. Location wise, this serviced suites is very close to Alor Street and there are few malls around it. Unit was really really nice, we really enjoyed our stay here, it was short but our hearts are full. Since it’s a serviced suites so the unit has kitchen and complete utensils, bedroom and bathroom were also spacious. Highly recommended if you are looking for a serviced apartment in Bukit Bintang (Kuala Lumpur).

Hi Ebbu, i booked this suite in September for my December KL trip. The final price was reflected clearly in my invoice that 3rd night is free. Taxes and Fees were charged at 140.40MYR. Have your clarified with the reservation department pertaining to this issue? I will rate again after my stay. I hope no hiccups as Pan Pac is a well known organisation.

Saw this is a brand new service suite and wanted to stay here for 4 nights. Shows stay 3 nights and enjoy the 3rd night free at RM540.00 per night. Book 4 nights but final price turns out to be RM2289.60 which RM720 per night! Pan Pacific is a scam brand. It’s an insult to consumer’s intelligence!
