Me and my wife stayed in the Krystal Cancun hotel for 2nights 3days in January 2023, where we had taken an all-inclusive package. The oceanfront view room was simply breezy and beautiful! The room-service was super quick. The beach access was simply the best and extremely convenient. However, the all-inclusive buffet was a total rip-off, when it came to vegetarian food. We are vegetarians, and we thought that at-least there would be quality and decent options in vegetarian food, but we didn't find any. When we asked the staff and chef for proper veg food, they pointed us to fruits, salads and spring rolls. Now, in contrast, the non-vegetarian options were plenty, probably more than 8-9 dishes collectively. We were there for almost 3 days, were we expected to eat the same fruits and salads, everyday? Made the all-inclusive stay not worth it. On the other hand, the Italian restaurant within the complex had good veg food, but we could only book the meal times, once during our entire stay. I suggest to keep more edible veg options in the buffet. Overall the stay and experience was awesome!

Not a bad hotel considering how long it has been around. The beds were old, hard, and small, the AC quit working after 5 days, the door handle for the bathroom was so loose it felt like it was about to fall off, and the pool and hot tub were cold. The food was pretty good with the all inclusive. The location is good for someone who wants to stay close to the clubs and is out all night, you could hear music until around 2-3am. The view from the room we had was nice.

I was in Cancun with my wife for few days. My first time in Cancun and this hotel. This is a good hotel, located deep in the downtown hotel zone. Good location and accessible to stores and restaurants outside of the hotel. It was a clean hotel, the only reason I give them 2 stars is because 1) the bed and AC were not the best, the bed was very soft and the AC was not the best. We could not cool the room. 2) more importantly what bothered me the most and stressed me a lot during my stay were the ladies in the lobby trying to hassle you to buy tour packages for free meal or breakfast. We told them no but they were very insistent. It was so bad that we had to use the back door to leave and come to the hotel. I think the hotel needs to do something about this, guest should feel comfortable. I was not comfortable each time I walked into the hotel. Also another thing I noticed, when I booked my hotel, they did not say anything about environmental fee. They charged me a mandatory $11 for an environmental fee at check-in. I am not mad about the $11, but I am mad that they did not include this or say anything about this when I was booking the room. I wish they would include all fees in one section. For these reasons I give them 2 stars. If I ever go back to Cancun, I would probably not stay at this hotel.

Unless you're looking for more of the quiet part of the hotel zone, this location is perfect; right in the middle of all the main action the hotel zone has to offer! Most of the staff is pretty great here. The rooms when I stayed weren't ultra-modern (August '22), but comfortable. They were doing some work in the hotel when I stayed, so who knows what kind of changes/upgrades are in store. I only stayed one night, which was not enough for what the hotel had to offer. At night, there was a fiesta with Mexican fare dinner, outside, and entertainment. Entertainment here was pretty standard for your typical all-inclusive.

I will honestly give it 3.5-4 stars. Pros: - Cheaper as compared to surrounding hotels. - Good views from sea view rooms and nice private beach. - Lounge chairs are limited on the beach but plenty of lounge chairs around pools. Free beach towels. - Pools are big and pool water was warm. - In a relatively busy area so you will find lots of restaurants, bars and other activities around this hotel. - Daily room service. - Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. Cons - My room had cobwebs around headboards. - The room looked old. There were cracks in bathroom mirror and shower. - It is closer to busy area so you can hear noise till late at night (more of a trade off than a con). - There are timeshare and sales rep in the lobby who try to ask personal information from get go. I just politely declined any questions. All in all this is a reasonable place if you want to spend less money and would spend less time in your room.

Por ser um resort, esperava mais. O hotel estava cheio. Tinha muitos hóspedes day pass - imagino por ser alta temporada. O café da manhã tinha fila de espera. Creio que se fosse self-service, a dinâmica seria mais rápida. Os garçons é que serviam as bebidas - o hóspede tem que ficar implorando para ser servido (acreditem, não é exagero). A área das piscinas e da praia são maravilhosas, mas também estavam cheias. Para arrumar um lugar na sombra tem que madrugar. Ou então dar sorte de conseguir reservar por 500,00 pesos um dos poucos bangalôs na praia. Quando conseguimos, valeu muito a pena. Deu para relaxar e curtir a praia e a piscina. Tem atendimento exclusivo do bar, então dá para passar o dia sossegado. O hotel é bem estruturado, mas percebi que falta organização. Talvez por ser alta temporada, o serviço de arrumação não estava dando conta. Teve um dia que o nosso quarto não foi arrumado e em outro, ficamos aguardando uns 30 minutos até a camareira liberar - isso já umas 18h, após passarmos um longo dia na piscina. O quarto é bom. Reservei com vista para o mar. Paguei um pouco a mais. Porém, me colocaram no térreo. Então minha vista era da área das piscinas com o mar ao fundo. O espaço interno é adequado, mas as camas são pequenas. Nós dormimos um pouco apertados. A localização é excelente, perto de bares, restaurantes, mercado, casa de câmbio, lojas e do ferry boat. De maneira geral eu recomendo. Passamos excelentes dias.

O atendimento é péssimo. No restaurante os garçons são educados, mas no bar você espera 20 min para te servirem. Serviço de quarto com taxa. Não é all inclusive 24h, não tem nada antes do horário de abertura dos restaurantes. Não fazem questão de atender. Quem já ficou em outros hotéis em cancun vai achar péssimo. Existem milhares que são melhores e com atendimento melhor pelo mesmo preço. Não tem grandes estruturas para crianças

Fuimos a mediados de julio y estuvo increíble! La alberca muy agradable, la comida buena y la playa hermosa, después el sargazo fue aumentando pero no se puede evitar. Habitaciones super agradables que aunque tengan vista a la calle se ve muy bonito, limpias y la gente muy amable 💞🌼 volvería sin pensarlo.

Overall the staff are really nice and attentive and will accommodate to your needs most of the time. The bartenders in the lobby area are top tier and overall the best. The food didn't have such a wide variety, but was good to fill up ( considering that we had to pay 600 extra for four days for two). A big issue that made it hard to enjoy the place was the fact that no restaurants or lobby or anything besides the room had air conditioner. Wouldn't be coming back but it wasn't so bad either.

Nada a reclamar do Hotel lugar muito bonito, porém o serviço deixou a desejar, principalmente em relação a garçons e barman, alguns além de serem muito mal educados só atendia nós bem quando dava alguma gorjeta e se reclamássemos de algo ai que faziam questão de demorar no pedido e não nos atender posteriormente.

La habitación está bien equipada y es amplia. Tiene cocina y está bien, lo único que no nos gustó fue el baño porque la bañera era un poco vieja y se quedaba agua estancada. La piscina está muy bien y el acceso que tiene a la playa es genial, zonas comunes y habitaciones limpias. El restaurante está limpio y el personal muy amable. Muy buena localización, cerca de locales de comida y comercio, además de sitios para poder reservar excursiones.

Foi a viagem dos sonhos para a nossa lua de mel. Não poderíamos ter escolhido melhor lugar. O hotel está localizado em uma área com tudo perto. O quarto é muito amplo, a cama muito confortável e a vista da varanda é deslumbrante. Os funcionários são muito gentis e atenciosos. A comida é muito boa e tem opções variadas. Com o pacote All inclusive, pudemos desfrutar de todos os restaurantes anexos ao hotel e o bar, com muitas opções de bebidas e drinks. A praia em si é um espetáculo a parte. Recomendamos fortemente.

Estrutura nova local bom serviço aparentemente bom mas não foi possível avaliar perfeitamente. Não me hospedei fomos conhecer a convite da empresa para uma proposta de adesão a plano de férias. Fica localizado em um ponto mais novo da zona hoteleira agradará alguns mas não todos.

Las habitaciones están perfectas, son amplias u cómodas. El hotel claramente tiene sus años, puedes verlo en las remodelaciones y reparaciones. No es de acabados finos pero si es limpio y acogedor. El restaurante no es bueno, es muy promedio. La alberca es pequeña. La ubicación es perfecta si quieres disfrutar de la playa con poca gente. Aunque por las noches no podrás dormir del ruido de todos los antros.

Muy agradable, todo hasta donde pude ver está limpió y siguen las medidas del sanidad del COVID.No compre paquete todo incluido, solo los desayunos y debo decir que eh probado mejores buffet desayuno en otros lugares. No es que esté mala la comida, solo que le falta algo de variedad. Sin embargo el personal es muy atento y amable, se esmeran en atender a los huéspedes de la mejor forma.

I recently stayed here for vacation & it was BEAUTIFUL!!! My room was clean, housekeeping came everyday & kept it tidy, the view from my balcony was AMAZING!! The staff were friendly & the resort unexpectedly exceeded my expectations. My only critique is how many times I had to call down for room service to answer the phone. However, once they finally answered, my food came pretty fast & was actually good. Overall, I loved my stay & will definitely go back. It's a great place to stay if you want to relax a little but also have fun and good vibes. Thank you Krystal Cancún for treating me well during my stay ❤️

But we end up booking coz of the price and We loved the hotel. Food was amazing also they hard out door dinners, very beautiful and thoughtful. However is reading this review DON'T hesitate to boom your beautiful vacation with this beautiful place. Everything was amazing. My partner want to book a better hotel but I said no I rather pay reasonable and 2 two vacations instead of bigger money pay for one vacation. Lastly I want to say about the hotel staff. They are amazing and very nice people specially Julio he had the best customer service and the best smile on him all the time.When I asked him why he's always happy in a joke way he said he loves what hes doing and he really respect his job and customer.I'm telling you don't ever loose this kind of employees they are the main reason like us customer are coming back to your facility.Julio, all other employees and beautiful hotel thank you so much for making out vacation memorable.

Great location and great beach! Luani at reception was GREAT. She was very helpful, fast and really nice. The buffet can have more variety. They are very strict with restaurants reservation time. The Mexican restaurant was awesome, the Italian was good and the Mediterranean was average. The hotel rooms can use some renovations.

La gente del hotel es muy amable y es muy limpio el lugar. las camas son cómodas y limpias. Los balcones con vista al mar, muy bonitos. El mar que está frente al hotel es precioso y limpio incluso en la época de zargazo.Lo único que no me gustó es que la playa está muy cerca de una entrada pública, entonces en días feriados o vacaciones, hay demasiada gente ajena en la playa frente al hotel. A diferencia de otros lugares donde las entradas públicas están lejanas y por lo tanto no hay tanta gente.

My first rating for Hotel is 5, no doubt about the location and view is fantastic. And stay is amazing right on the beach with spectacular beach. Restaurant, food and beach all makes a perfect stay at Krystal. Rooms at some of the floors are completely renovated and looks great. Some time water for bath could be constraints with sudden slowness. But overall stay was fantastic. I recommend management to look at professional service of hotel to help guests to return back in their next trip. It could be from booking to check-out and settling the bill smoothly, no one should be bothering when visiting to this hotel other then enjoying stay.

Ótimo hotel pra ficar em dias que tiver passeios, pois há opção de quartos sem all inclusive, com valor mais baixo. A localização é excelente, pertinho da coco bongo, mercado Chedraui, diversos restaurantes e bares. A vista dos quartos de frente para o mar é maravilhosa. Só a estrutura dos quartos que é um pouco antiga, não tem muito luxo. Leve adaptador, pois as tomadas do hotel são todas no padrão mexicano. Paguei o valor das diárias no início da hospedagem, e no check-out quiseram me cobrar uma diferença devido à variação cambial. Achei estranho, e quando questionei o motivo da cobrança, o atendente disse que estava tudo certo, e que eu não precisava pagar.

I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a complete experience!-Granted, at the beginning of the trip, we were dissatisfied with therooms because of smell; but they were professional and changed rooms eventually to much better ones.Food was great! Fresh and a wide variety. I’m a vegetarian so was very glad to have many options. The service was really awesome as well. Friendly staff and an awesome variety of drinks.But I think the best thing was the view and feel. Location is everything: the beach, it’s feel, the view, the calmness. It made our trip an actual vacation.

Stayed here on spring break for a week with a big group of friends traveling from the United States. My room did not have all-inclusive, however some of my friends did. Pros: 1. Check-in and check-out were smooth 2. The room had strong AC, nice sized beds, and had a beautiful view of the beach 3. Good mix of other spring breakers staying here, people from different countries, and overall was easy to meet and socialize with new people 4. Staff was friendly and always greeted you with smiles 5. Pool was large and had lots of area to roam around 6. Room was cleaned every day we were there besides the last day 7. Location was perfect, next to many restaurants and all of the clubs were a three to five minute walk 8. Area was safe Cons: 1. The water in the room had a weird smell to it 2. The cards to get into the room constantly stopped working, apparently something to do with the cards being close to cellphones 3. Maintenance and service requests sometimes took forever, at times not even following through Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It's affordable and offered everything we wanted on a trip. I wouldn't look too deep into some of the bad reviews, some people can never be satisfied.

-Bien ubicado caminando puedes ir a zona de antros, oxxo, chedrau, farmacia etc. -Playa muy bonita oleaje tranquilo a comparación de los demas hoteles. -En plan todo incluido el mini bar tiene (agua, jugos y refrescos) en otros hoteles no te ponen nada. -Cuartos limpios (antiguos y con algo de ruido del clima y el frigobar, pero esta tolerable)-Senti que se tardaron mucho en el check in y en la entrega de la habitación. -Me gustaria mas variedad en el buffet siento que estan muy reducidas las opciones. -Hay mucho cliente que va a los antros asi que por la noche hay mucho ruido en los pasillos, azotan las puertas, hablan muy fuerte y se filtra ese ruido a las habitaciones, dificulta dormir. -pocas palapas(separa la tuya desde temprano sino no alcanzas) -Hay que esquivar a las que te quieren vender cosas cerca del area de la recepción (es su trabajo pero la insistencia es molesta, aunque asi es en la mayoría de hoteles).**En general esta bien el hotel, el personal es atento y muy amable y la playa si es tranquila y aun libre de sargazo en esta temporada, lo mas molesto para mi viaje fue el ruido por la noche.**

The location was great, 5 mins walk from the strip. The private beach was one of the best parts, blue water and very quiet. The rooms were large and clean and they all had strong AC. The breakfast could have been a bit better but it was decently priced given the location. The gym however was closed during our visit. Overall a good experience.

This place is beautiful.. but realize that's as positive as my review will go. It's the easy fruit I'm pulling from. First off they do not accept cash..at all except for tips, so if you don't want the all inclusive it gets tricky. They close down at 11. Literally shut off the lights at 11:00 pm, so basically it's a forced bed time. All inclusive but only for a select few hours. The food is on the same level of the cheapest all you can eat buffet that you can think of... maybe worse. Now, mind you I have a laundry list of things I was incredibly disappointed with but I'm not going to list each one. The staff are amazing people so I guess that's the second positive I'm going to give. For the money this place charges I can guarantee we will never be back after spending a week here. In summary the property and the people are great, the management is horrible. If your wanting a more authentic cultural experience do not stay here. It's a glorified pool with curfew for adults.

1.Recepción para el check-in pésima, ni el maletero se acercó para ver si ocupas algo.Solo la señorita súper insistencia para ser socio vip. Después de que nos atendieron casi 40 min ahí parado, nos dieron (la llave) jajaja pero era una tarjeta con la que pides toallas, otros 15 min ahí afuera en lo que el maletero se fue por la llave. 2. Primero los americanos, o turistas extranjeros (ahí si ven propinas) 3. Los cuartos ya algo descuidados, bonita e impresionante vista. El minibar no jalaba en mi habitación, y nunca se relleno. 4. La limpieza buena los primeros dos días (de 5). Después, solo la tendían, así (estuviera mojada, o llena de arena la cama) 5. Muy poca variedad en el buffet (del todo incluído) por el precio creo que mejoraría algo, sazón no se discute, pero muy poca variedad. El mesero apenas pregunta de donde los visitas y no vuelves a ver (porque eres nacional) más que para recoger la mesa ni para firmar la cuenta la atención. 6. La barra y el personal de bares, muy amables, pero igual vas después del extranjero. En general mala experiencia con la distinción, o el racismo, por el precio no lo vale.

Estou hospedada no Krystal Grand Cancun nesta semana e estou amando! A localização é perfeita, perto de supermercado, das baladas (pra quem gosta), e de um dos locais para embarcar para a Isla de las Mujeres, a praia é um paraíso a comida é excelente (principalmente a dos restaurantes Risotto e Ayami), os funcionários são educados... Estou no quarto com vista para a cidade, mas mesmo assim, por causa da localização do hotel, é possível ver o mar da minha varanda. Sobre as reclamações que vi aqui, algumas fazem sentido e outras não. A água da pia realmente tem um cheiro estranho, mas você pode escovar os dentes com a água mineral que eles deixam no quarto. A água do chuveiro realmente em horário de pico não esquenta... Mas se tomar banho de madrugada, ela esquenta. rs O Wi-fi funciona muito bem no meu quarto, diferente do que vi comentarem aqui, e é incluído. Não é o hotel all-inclusive mais barato (tem alguns que a semana sai uns 300 dólares mais barata), mas tá longe de ser dos mais caros. O custo-benefício é ótimo! Pode vir!

Estive hospedado aí do dia 25/01 até dia 31/01...fiquei no quarto 606. O por que do meu aborrecimento!? Vamos lá: Já no Check-in já fomos extremamente mal atendidos, seus funcionários parecem que estão lá fazendo um favor. Sem nenhuma educação ou no mínimo empatia. Somos turistas e principalmente clientes! E nos dias em que estivemos aí em momento algum nos sentimos acolhidos e bem tratados. Seu serviço de praia então nem tenho palavras para descrever o tanto que é terrível, demora MUITO e seu garçon faz de conta que não vê seu cliente lá. E não fui o único tá diversas pessoas próximas a mim estavam também muito descontentes com seu serviços. Seu restaurante Risoto deveria estar fechado( PIOR COMIDA que já comi na vida) aquele parmegiana que servem é uma VERGONHA. O Risoto de funghi então é uma LÁSTIMA. E para piorar a situação pedimos uma panacota de sobremesa...Jesus... nunca vi nada mais ridículo do que aquilo que nos serviram. E ainda para terminar...Seu garçon vem me cobrar" lá propina". Uma verdadeira falta de noção e RESPEITO. E olha que fazemos muita questão de reconhecer e valorizar um serviço quando tem qualidade e é bem feito. Bom tive ainda mais problemas aí mas creio que não vale meu tempo ficar reportando aqui. Na segunda feira dia 31 fui para outro hotel e lá sim tive uma excelente experiência sendo muito bem tratado (como um turista, hóspede e cliente) deve ser tratado. Boa sorte com seu Hotel mas para nos vamos sempre associá-lo a palavra LAMENTÁVEL.

This Hotel is beautiful from the outside and its infrastructure has a lot to offer (restaurants, swim pool, entertainment, ect). However the room in itself is not worth the price: everything is old in it and it smells of mold. We just spent one night there and kept the window open to try to get rid off of it without success. This was so present and strong that impregnated everywhere. Although the staff was very friendly and professional at the reception, and the beautiful beach is two feet away from it, we will never come back here again.

I was extremely pleased with this hotel! Great ocean views prices compared to others in the area, location was on point as all clubs and greater attractions are walking distance. You wouldn’t need to rent a car. People here are very amicable! As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile 😊 I’m a foodie and I must say everything tasted great. If eating at hotel banquet request waiter Mario! Def coming back next month and doing all over again.

I really enjoyed it. Came for a week in 2022 and they were very clean and friendly. I recommend you try the Italian restaurants strip steak it is delicious. Asian restaurant has a chef prepare the food in front of eight people and put on a little show. Beach is absolutely the best my only concern is the lack of beach chairs. We had to get some extra free beach towels to lie on the sand. Beware they try to get you for a welcome breakfast where they try to make you join the altitude group.

Esperava mais desse hotel. A comida em geral era boa. Gostamos de tudo. As bebidas do bar da piscina eram muito simples: esperava que seriam mais caprichadas, feitas por Barman profissional. O quarto do hotel era bem bonito e espaçoso, a vista simplesmente perfeita. Porém, o wifi não funcionava no quarto. Além disso, todos os dias faltava água no andar do prédio. Ficamos no 8° andar da torre B. Essa falta de água foi um transtorno imenso!! A chave do quarto todo dia falhava. Tínhamos que tentar várias vezes até abrir. Os elevadores dessa torre do prédio carecem de manutenção. Um elevador não vai até o 8° e o outro não vai no 6°. E ainda falta alguns botões nos elevadores. Ridículo isso!! A piscina e a praia do hotel são muito boas.O pior de tudo foi no dia 31 de dezembro: eles fizeram uma festa especial de virada de ano. O valor era 600 reais por pessoa. Quem não quisesse pagar, poderia jantar num restaurante do hotel que foi separado para esses hospedes. Em resumo, o restaurante dos "não pagantes" ficou lotado. A comida demorou mais de 1 hora pra chegar e ainda chego fria e mal feita. Muitas pessoas saíram reclamando e xingando. Foi um desastre!! Em resumo: se você encontrar outro resort com o mesmo preço ou mais barato, vá pra lá.

O hotel em si possui boa estrutura, porém, peca em Servicos. Recepção muito demorada para realizar check in e check out, trabalho viajando e nunca vi um hotel para demorar tanto como este. A academia estava fechada em reforma, e não nos foi previamente informado. O bar só funciona até as 22h. Há uma piscina principal que está disponível nos sites de reserva, porém, ao chegar eles querem cobrar para você poder usá-la. Poucos guarda sol, ou você fica no sol mesmo ou terá que pagar para usar uma estrutura montada por eles. A comida em geral me atendeu bem. O hotel não possui muitas atrações internamente, vi somente uma apresentação cover do Michael J. O hotel precisa investir urgente em melhoria de processos.

Fechamos para ano novo o pacote all inclusive, e no dia 31 a noite eles tiraram praticamente todos as opções de comida, meio que “obrigando” a pagar o pacote de R$600 reais por pessoa para o jantar, deixaram apenas o serviço de quarto disponível, em um único restaurante que obviamente ficou cheio, porque o hotel estava lotado.A comida e as bebidas eram de péssima qualidade, e não valeu a pena, desde o café da manhã até a janta.As jantaseram péssimas: o macarrão que pedi no ano novo veio com mais sal do que o próprio saleiro.Os peixes que meu marido pediu estavam frios, e o do dia do ano novo (nesse que obrigaram a gente a comer o room service) veio meio cru! Isso porque era peixe frito.Até eu cozinho melhor.A maior parte dos garçons não era atenciosos, acabávamos tendo que pedir 3 a 4 vezes a mesma coisa.O café da manhã era péssimo, os pães estavam duros, e se acabassem as opções você ficava sem, ou seja: chegue cedo se quiser comida, se não você fica sem, mesmo que tenha pago.Na hora do almoço os garçons te serviam, pra que você obviamente não coma né? Porque se acabar acabou.Inclusive a água não estava disponível lá, no café da manhã, você tinha que pedir ao garçom para te servir, e ele obviamente demorava para vir.Tinham 2 garçons no restaurante lãs velas para atender umas 50 pessoas!!! E no café da manhã era apenas 1 garçom para atender 70 a 80 pessoas!!!Obviamente não iria ser bom né?Um dia pedimos água ao garçom e ele nos trouxe uma água não potável, que estava em uma jarra.A água da torneira saia de uma cor escura (alou, por um hotel ser 4 estrelas deveria ter um tratamento na água).Um dos elevadores da torre B não chegava ao 8° andar, nem ao 5° andar, porque os botões estavam quebrados.Tinham dois elevadores, se um deles chegasse no PB, vocêtinha que subir de escada do 7° ao 8°.Pra você que está lendo: NÃO VÁ A ESSE RESORT.não é um resort de 4 estrelas, deveria ser de 3.A piscina estava totalmente cheia e não havia onde se sentar perto da área da piscina, e onde havia espreguiçadeiras, não havia guarda sol, ou seja: não tinha como se esconder do sol.O Wi-Fi não funcionava no nosso quarto, ficamos em frente ao mar, no 8° andar da torre B, mas ele não chegava até lá.Foi péssima a experiência, não vá a esse hotel, por mais que você ache que minha má experiência seja por que fomos no ano novo, esse hotel não deseja o bem do cliente.Ele não se interessa no seu bem estar, não Queira estragar suas férias com coisas bobas como essas que acabam gerando estresse.Você paga alto valorpara ter um serviço bom, mas acaba se arrependendo, porque eles não se importam com o cliente.

My family and I stayed at the Krystal Grand Cancún, in two rooms, 1 double from December 19th to 27th/2021 and 1 triple from December 20th/2021 to January 3rd/2022. Overall the staff are very friendly and polite. At check in they try to put you in the worst room in the hotel. Twice I had to complain. Including the room intended for my children's stay, they put them in a room for the physically challenged. I found it absurd and without of respect for us, since we paid 22 nights for the hotel. The hotel is structured but has serious maintenance issues. In both rooms the shower drain was clogged. In the double room they fixed it, but in the triple room they didn't, although they sent an employee to repair it. Furthermore, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Under the bed is very dirty. The safe was defective, in the triple room we had to ask for repair. One of the rooms didn't have a hairdryer and the other didn't have an iron. The elevator drips water. On the beach there are chairs for sunbathers, but not enough. So either you wake up every morning at 7 am to get your chair or you run out of chair on the beach. The leisure area they differentiate the guests. It has a swimming pool that can only be used by certain guests who pay more. Other guests feel discriminated against. I found it absurd to limit the leisure space for certain guests. It should be a common area for everyone. The breakfast is excellent. I'm not saying the same about the buffet restaurant anymore. The Italian restaurant is very good. Cheaper than the buffet. Christmas dinner was 800 pesos per person. New Year's Eve was 1,400 pesos. I don't know why the value almost doubled. No geral, os funcionários são muito simpáticos e educados. No check in eles procuram te colocar no pior quarto do hotel. Por duas vezes tive de reclamar. Inclusive o quarto destinado para a estadia de meus filhos eles os colocaram em quarto de deficiente físico. Achei um absurdo e total falta de respeito para conosco, já que pagamos 22 diárias para o hotel. O hotel é estruturado, mas têm sérios problemas de manutenção. Nos dois quartos o ralo do chuveiro estava entupido. No quarto duplo eles consertaram, mas no quarto triplo não, embora tenham enviado um funcionário para reparar. Além disso a limpeza deixa a desejar. Debaixo da cama é muito sujo. O cofre estava com defeito, no quarto triplo, tivemos de pedir o reparo. Um dos quartos não tinha secador e no outro não tinha ferro de passar. O elevador goteja água. Na praia, há cadeiras para os banhistas, mas não em número suficiente. Então ou você acorda todos os dias 7 horas da manhã para pegar sua cadeira ou você fica sem cadeira na praia. A área de lazer eles diferenciam os hóspedes. Tem piscina que só pode ser usada por determinados hóspedes que pagam mais caro. Os demais hóspedes se sentem discriminados. Achei um absurdo limitarem o espaço de lazer para determinados hóspedes. Deveria ser área comum para todos. O café da manhã é excelente. Já não digo o mesmo do restaurante buffet. O restaurante italiano é muito bom. Mais barato que o buffet. A ceia de Natal, foi 800 pesos por pessoa. Já o réveillon foi 1.400 pesos. Não sei o motivo pelo qual o valor quase duplicou. Uma exploração.

Fiquei neste hotel também no all inclusive de verdade? fiquei um pouco decepcionada em alguma partes! O Wi-Fi funciona somente na recepção , café da manhã,almoço e jantar sempre a mesma coisa não muda em nada e também não são saborosos ! Lados positivos: localização , limpeza, manutenção e recepção eu não tive problemas, mas para mim a área das piscinas foi a melhor parte do hotel em tudo! comidas, bebidas animação foishow! Se eu voltar pra cancun não me hospedaria novamente neste hotel pagaria um pouquinho mais pra ter um melhor conforto.

Lo que no me gustó es la atención del personal en general, tanto meseros, concierge, recepción, ya que se aprecia distinción y discriminación hacía mexicanos. El segundo día de estancia NO hicieron servicio a la habitación, y ante el reclamo solo nos cambiaron toallas. Cortaron el suministro de agua por la noche, y solo ante el reclamo lo reconectaron.

Hermoso hotel. Pero los de seguridad se ponen muy pesados con el estacionamiento cuando llegas como proveedor externo a trabajar. NO ES cuestión de COVID el que no te dejen estacionarte pues no me voy a quedar en mi auto toda las horas. Los trabajadores( algunos) del hotel y los huéspedes están sin cubrebocas en las instalaciones. Mi molestia es que tienen el estacionamiento vacío y no te dejan estacionarte. First, everyone working at the hotel was very nice and polite. However, I will never stay here ever again. It seemed incredibly disorganized and understaffed. After a flight cancellation, we were put here by the airline.The elevator didn't work properly and you had to go up several floors to walk back down to your room floor. The first room we were assigned the keys did not work. After numerous attempts to fix the key, going to the front desk twice, calling the front desk, being told someone was coming we waited an hour sitting on the floor and no one came.We were then put in another room that was less nice with queen beds instead of a king like the original room we had. The room itself wasn't that clean and sand was all over the floor. The waiting, room switch etc made it too late to book a reservation at the restaurants that all required one to eat even though they were not full. The only place to eat was at the buffet which was incredibly unappetizing and was similar to hospital food. Would have appreciated some extra consideration and kindness during this ordeal.

Great location, beach and view. But very old facilities and my room smells very funky like an old man didn't take a shower for a month... But you can see beautiful sunrise with clean beach and pools, and close to the Cancun city to hang out. Morning buffet was so-so, you'd better eat outside unless you want to stay only indoor. If you stay more than 3 days, covid test for entering US is free and if less days to stay, $20(350 peso)per person, just book an appointment before visit. Open from 8am-5pm and you'll get result by 5pm. But make sure if they make your name spells right.

DO NOT STAY HERE! THIS IS A TERRIBLE HOTEL. ROOM WAS DIRTY AND FULL OF BROKEN THINGS. SERVICE WAS EVEN WORSE.When we got our first room, there was a broken plank and fallen nails all over the patio due to the overhead slats being unstable. The rest of the slats were also shaking constantly and looked as though they would fall at any moment. In the room itself, there were stains on the bed and the chairs. The bathroom and walls had several brownish yellow tinted areas, clearly from a lack of being cleaned. The room also was extremely loud due to the music coming from the beach club next door. After switching to a new room, we quickly noticed that the shower had no shower head. So when we turned it on, it would shoot a jet of water everywhere. This room was slightly better, but still full of signs of uncleanliness.Somehow, the service managed to be far worse than anything else. The front desk is completely unreachable by the phone in the room (no one would answer anytime we called). Going to the front desk wasn’t much better, as there was always a line of unhappy guests. The people at the front desk themselves didn’t know anything and would just try to get rid of you as quickly as possible by redirecting you elsewhere to talk to other people, only for those people to do the same thing and to redirect you back to the front desk. Here’s some examples: we tried to go to the COVID clinic, who told us that we should come back the next day because they were closed (this was an hour before the posted closing time) and that we would be able to get a test result within 2 hours of when we came this next morning. The next day, we came back only to be told we had to go to the front desk to make an appointment, and upon going to the front desk, we were once again redirected to a second reception area where (after a long wait) we were told that test results wouldn’t be delivered until 8 hours later. After finally getting a test elsewhere and returning to the hotel, we were told they had no more beach towels (they require towel cards to get a beach towel) and that there wouldn’t be any available “until later” without specifying what time.There seems to be no one in charge, the entire hotel is extremely poorly run and extremely disorganized. Management seems extremely negligent and more interested in squeezing every last cent of profits by cutting costs instead of focusing on properly running a hotel.DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

We had a fantastic 14 day stay at the end of Nov. & beginning of Dec., 2021. We had the Altitude Master suite and was absolutely beautiful. The staff made us feel like family, and were very accommodating for all of our needs. We made sure to tip our servers all the time, even if we only ordered a few drinks from the poolside or beach. The staff all work very hard to make our stay the best so tipping should be a no-brainer! This is our second time back and can't wait to come back again in 2022. See you again, from Di & Danny (D&D)

So this place had a beautiful beach and the rooms were nice, which is why I’m leaving two stars. Everything else wasn’t great at all. When we arrived things were mildly explained, weren’t even sure where our rooms were, restaurants, etc. the check in process was rushed and things weren’t explained thoroughly. We tried booking a restaurant and we were told we had to book only early in the morning if we wanted to eat anywhere other than the buffet, then every time we went to book and went to a restaurant it was empty. This also wasn’t done due to Covid as all tables were social distanced. They didn’t explain the bar closed at 11, and I ordered two glasses of champagne each night they told me they had no champagne left in the hotel after two glasses. They also told us 2 days after being here about a welcome package of 50% off couples massage, after booking and paying for a couples massage a day earlier for full price. Rather than reimbursing us the 50% discount, they said well you can book another one! The service and food was bad. Pay the extra money to get your relaxation, don’t come here.

Unfortunately our experience at this hotel was poor overall, the food, customer service, room cleanliness. We spent 5 days at the hotel and paid extra to have all inclusive upon arrival. Although they handed us a sheet with restaurant details it wasn’t explained or apparent that everything was closing just 30 minutes later, and so we paid the full all day fee of all inclusive that evening to have 30 minutes to eat, drink etc. We also had no assistance with carrying bags to our room, direction to our room, welcome package, or a stocked mini fridge. In the 5 days all inclusive we paid for they did not stock our mini fridge even though we asked at the front desk multiple times. It was a beautiful beach and resort so it was disappointing that the customer service wasn’t on par, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Comida do restaurante principal com boa vontade é razoável, garçons carrancudos e mal humorados em todo hotel, quando não mal educados, com raríssimas exceções. Um par de óculos escuros sumiu de dentro do meu apartamento e outro caiu na piscina mas disseram que não acharam. Restaurante mediterrâneo é muito bom e os garçons diferenciados. Tb fomos bem tratados no restaurante mexicano, comida boa e bom atendimento. Se voltaria? Nem de graça.

La ubicación del hotel es de lo mejor. Muy cerca si quieres ir a alguno de los bares más famosos. También tiene una muy buena playa y los restaurantes de especialidades sirven buena comida. José saved us last minute, and ordered us a safe taxi and help out our luggage in the trunk. Happy shuttle Cancun magically lost our reservation and has yet to refund “the trip back”. The hotel is great, the breakfast is amazing. They do charge around 1$ Per water if not all inclusive. Good location, right next to the beach and right in the center of all the excitement. Staff was super friendly and covid testing on site, to my knowledge free of charge.

Dos días no pude entrar a mi habitación, la puerta no servia y el soporte tardo en darse. n overview of the resort starting with check in, the only pleasant experience was check in. However that change once we enter the room. First it wasn’t cleaned and second the towels were dirty with a stain. We purchase and I’ll inclusive package I decided to order room service after a long day of traveling. However to my surprise there a 6 dollar charge each time you order room service. Which is ridiculous for an all inclusive package. Then to make matters worst the toilet stop working 2 times in the same day and the shower stop working also. You can imagine how embarrassing and frustrating this is!Then to make this a real nightmare experience the ac stop working at midnight and no one was answering the phone. Finally at 1:16 they told me they can’t fix the ac and we had to move room to a downgrade version are ours.Then they said they fix the ac the next day however it wasn’t repaired and the room was over 80 degrees. When I asked to speak to the manager they said just to call however there was no answer. After finally hours I was able to get my room switched to a room with ac however this room had no ocean view and it was on the side next to the clubs. We couldn’t sleep because of the noise.This is unacceptable and by far the worst hotel experience!And they put the wrong information on our Covid test regarding the name and gender!Listen loud and clearly stay anywhere else!

Acomodações com mobiliário antigo mas de boa qualidade. Fomos super bem atendidos o tempo inteiro, em todos espaços, os 4 restaurantes, os bares internos e externos, recepção,etc.A única reclamação seria do elevador da torre B, muito lento e estava com problema no botão de acionamento do nosso andar (6°) reclamamos no primeiro dia e ficamos lá 10 dias com o mesmo problema, apenas no último dia deu uma melhorada, mas como é terceira que faz o reparo, da para entender a demora.

Fuja dos hoteis e do All inclusive, faça os passeios com empresas recomendadas, cuidado com as empresas de aluguel de carro e taxistas, negocie os preços dos serviços antes de contratar. Definitivamente não recomendo este hotel.

Me hospedé con mi familia (niños de 6 y 13). Excelente ubicación, área de piscina, playa, y esparcimiento excelentes con un muy buen bufete de desayuno. Nos toco una habitación con vista a la playa por un costo extra razonable, valió la pena lo recomiendo. Las habitaciones están muy descuidadas es un hotel de 30 años, si piensas quedarte en la habitación consigue otro hotel, si vas a disfrutar de la playa, piscinas y otras actividades fuera del hotel es una de las mejores opciones. Personal muy amable y servicial.

The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. Many speak English well enough to give a great service and even if they are not proficient, they make sure to help and get the service you need. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food this is not really the place for you. The food is good enough to get you through and there are good cuisines but it is not 5 star quality. Make sure you ensure your booking is all inclusive as we thought ours was but then we were charged over 1000 more at the counter or we would have had to pay for everything. Pools are good and the beach is very nice. Overall a great place for families but not the highest quality food.

4 start which is the average between 3 stars for the amenities and cleanliness of the rooms and 5 stars for the location, the beach and the overall value/price. The hotel is near all the major bars/restaurants and clubs in the hotel zone. You can easily walk to all the bars in the area and you will not need a cab. The staff is friendly, but maintenance and housekeeping can be improved. Out of 5 nights, I had to walk down to the lobby twice to ask for towels because they forgot to leave them in the room (not a big deal overall though). The bar service on the beach is good, the resort features a pool with a pool bar. The all inclusive package is $60/day. I didn't do all inclusive due to the large amount of bars and restaurants in the area. I preferred to explore rather than being stuck in the resort for 5 nights. As I said, the overall cost/value is pretty good and I would go back and suggest to my friends.

A água é muito salgada e com cloro, leve seu condicionador! Resseca demais os cabelos. Os restaurantes abrem as 13h e para janta é por reserva ou filas e pode demorar. Fica bem na praia e tem várias piscinas. Tem bar na piscina, cafeteria e pelo menos 4 tipos de restaurantes e café da manhã. Pode ser plano tudo incluso ou pagamento a parte. Os valores são Ok. Tudo é pago em pesos na cidade. Pode se usar dólar mas verifique o câmbio antes de pagar, seu troco será dado em pesos mexicanos. O dólar estava 21 pesos e estavam com câmbio de 19. Para ônibus recomendo trocar e pagar em peso pois vão cobrar 1 dólar por pessoa se for pago em dólar. As bebidas não são geladas como no Brasil! São frescas. Tudo que vai pimenta é forte. Faz muito calor. Tem wifi com velocidade ok. Deu para trabalhar. Bastante gente fala inglês.

Stayed for a week with friends and had a great stay. The hotel staff all provided good service, especially Ester and Rafael. The beach was clean and servers would come up to you to bring drinks and food which was great. Food from restaurants was surprisingly very good. Considering all of this during a pandemic, it was an awesome time.

The staff here are amazing! That being said, the first night they put you in a room without air conditioning (this happened to everyone at spoke to). It was 83° with the windows wide open. After the first night they move you to an air conditioned room. The hotel itself is not well maintained, but the outside spaces are amazing. I will definitely book at another resort next time.

View and staff were all fantastic. Took stars off because the shower and bathroom sink smelled like sewerage. They need to fix their water system. Should have read the other reviews before booking. Luckily this was our last place, booked for only one night, before flying back home. Staff made it easy to check in and out and to hail a cab to the airport. Would not stay again solely due to the water stench.

Living in Cancun, this is in my opinion the best place to swim. I say this because it has a fishing pier of rocks extending into the ocean creating a blockade of high tides and currents. It's as close to a pool setting as you will get. The best beach is Playa Delfines but the waves are stronger there during high tide. Low tide its much better to swim.

Con la mejor plata de Cancún al frente de hotel. Muy cerca de los antros de Cancún. Puedes ir a pie sin ningún problema. Amplio estacionamiento. El personal es excesivamente atento, con excepción del personal que vende el resort, son muy insistentes, tanto que resuelta molesto. Vinimos en un viaje de pareja y la estamos pasando genial. Fue una decisión muy acertada seleccionar a KRYSTAL Cancún

Room is very nice with balcony ocean view. Beach is crystal clear and amazing. Location is excellent. Breakfast buffet is good. Cons: Elevators run extreme slowly. Even one broke sometime. Many people used stairs included myself up to floor 5 from level 0... Absurd to put wrist strip for “hotel access” I have to wear ugly wrist all the times. In the morning, buffet restaurant entrance line is TOOO LONG. Front desk line is long too. No laundry room. Hallways, elevators , and room bathroom look like old, squeak and scary. Overall, it was nice stay.

La atención es un desastre. El servicio de check in y check out deficiente, largas filas. No cumplen el protocolo de covid. Cuentan con tan solo 2, si 2 ascensores para toda la propiedad, de los cuales solo funciona 1. Largas espera a la hora de tomar el ascensor para ir a la habitación. Las habitaciones te la entregan sucias, el baño, los pisos y muebles manchados con marcas de vasos recientes(por protocolo los cuartos tienen que estar 72Hs desocupados). No te hacen el servicio de habitación, al reclamar, te contestan que los disculpes que están sobrecargados de trabajo (Salí a las 9 am del hotel y regresamos a las 6Pm). No te reponen el frigobar, tenes que reclamar puntualmente. El servicio all inclusive otra decepción más tanto el desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Las opciones de comidas son muy pocas, sumado a eso es fea, y como frutilla del postre son mezquinos a la hora de servirte la comida, te sirven una papa y te dicen esta bien así? Le pedis un poco más y te vuelven a decir esta bien así? Incumplen con las reglas de los all-inclusive donde la comida uno se la sirve a su gusto. La bebida te la sirven en vaso 80% hielo y 20% bebida, si tenes suerte podes tomarte dos vasos. Eso si, si el mesero se acuerda o quiere traerte. La verdad que es el peor hotel que vine en mi vida. No lo volvería nunca ni porque me regalen la estadía. No vengan.

The beach and view are fantastic here. Highly recommend it for your next vacation. They have a restaurant with a buffet, but it's heavily supervised to ensure health measures are observed during the pandemic. Big pool with a bar, snacks and drinks served by the pool, hammocks, Balinese beds and beachfront chairs. The food is super good and the breakfast is delicious. Facemasks are required and temperature is taken at the entrance. Close to the clubbing area and a supermarket. Starbucks coffee served next to the restaurant.

Péssimo serviço! Não recomendo. Se você está acostumado a hotéis 5 estrelas com all inclusive não venha!!! Comida horrível, há apenas dois restaurantes- um de buffet limitado e outro italiano que só se come reservando na recepção pessoalmente, depois de esperar filas longas. Instalações bem antigas com goteiras no corredor, o ar condicionado do quarto super barulhento e o ralo do box entupido. Principalmente os funcionários que atendem nas áreas de comidas e de bebidas te atendem com má vontade às pessoas do all inclusive que normalmente não dão caixinha ja que estão só com a pulseira e outros que ja estao tensos pq parecem sobrecarregados. Possivelmente ouvem queixas o dia todo e são pressionados a dar conta mas o que realmente acontece é que são poucos. Faltam copos descartáveis no bar (eles lavam os copos descartáveis e reutilizam!!!!) na área da piscina e a demora na fila dos snacks é absurda. A recepção é antipática e não resolvem seu problema. Os cartões de acesso ao quarto desmagnetizam e a todo tempo temos que voltar à recepção e esperar na fila para que troquem. O cúmulo hoje foi que fecharam o restaurante para servir tacos na área externa - primeiro que nem todo mundo come isso - e ainda choveu!!! Não deram a opção para as pessoas do all inclusive a não ser pedir hambúrguer, nuggets ou macarrão no quarto. A única coisa boa desse hotel é a localização. Mais nada! Se arrependimento matasse...

Terrível. São 15:30 e até agora não veio ninguém arrumar o quarto (já solicitamos duas vezes). Estamos com um bebê e nada é fácil nesse hotel. Travesseiros duros, roupa de cama encardida. As toalhas de um puteiro devem ser mais limpas dos que as daqui, que são duras e encardidas. Já estive em muitos hotéis, mas toalhas e travesseiros como os daqui, eu nunca vi. As paredes são finas, então se escuto tudo dos quartos vizinhos e corredores.Se precisar de alguma informação, procure no google, porque a recepção só existe para o atribulado check in e check out.Existem opções melhores por perto pelo mesmo preço.

Não compensa ficar neste hotel, all inclusive não é tudo incluso, comida ruim, bebidas não são lá estas coisas, elevador não funciona, existe vários outros hotéis melhores e no mesmo valor. Algumas coisas boas são a localização, a vista, a cama e o restaurante 'el mortero' que tem que agendar pra ir.

É hotel de no máximo 3 estrelas. O all inclusive não vale a pena pq vc come e bebe mal. Me arrependi. Não vale o que custou.

Krystal is awesome!.Spotless throughout the entire complex. Its sits right on a world class beach.Security is tight and the staff is friendly. Swim up bar beach bar and lobby bar. Starbucks on site.Restaurants on site are good and priced fair.One minute walk to the club zone out side the resort.No need to speak spanish.

El hotel Krystal está excelentemente ubicado. La vista al mar desde las habitaciones con número par del edificio #9 es hermosa. El servicio es muy bueno. Tiene piscinas y acceso a playa pública la cual se encuentra en buenas condiciones. Muy buen hotel.

I complained and they changed me to a room right in front of something that covered my whole ocean front view that I paid for. Stayed in "new" tower which looks a bit older. Only three outlets in entire room, two small pillows on king bed (easy fix), mirror in bath delaminating, shower odd setup & has lots of mineral build up on floor, sink water rusty. Decor clean and attractive. Lobby , beach and pool areas nice.

Resort was super clean (bathrooms, rooms etc.) The location is PRIME. Food was okay, the one we really enjoyed was the Mexican Restaurant “El Mortero” that you had to walk a bit to get to. Staff was great but the customer service at the front desk wasn’t AT ALL. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but I don’t think we will come back at that resort specifically because of the lack of entertainment and also because there wasn’t enough food choices.

Luckily we were in the Altitude tower, preferred club, with top shelf drinks. And infinity pool for only altitude guest. Beach was beautiful, Ricardo was great server!! Walking distance to nightlife. The only part we didn’t like as much was that the beach was so busy with locals and tourists since is a great spot to swim and relax on the beach.

It’s a good hotel, but not a resort. I have been at the altitude corner suite, that it incredible and really worth more. A reservation at the Altitude building includes a free reservation at Bali bed by the beach and exclusive breakfast and lounge. Drinks are watered, but still good. Buffet restaurant have plenty of options, but there better resorts and AI. Overall food at Reflect is just ok. Italian and Asian restaurant are frustrating, very disappointing. Stayed there for 2 night and it’s enough. More day is boring, there’s almost zero entertainment, but it’s calm and good for adults and relaxing. Staff works based on tips. No tips (or low tipping), no good service.

Stayed here for 7 night with a group of 6 and we had an amazing trip! The beach is gorgeous, great for swimming and tanning. We actually ended up renting one of the huts on the beach and it made our experience that much better (Big thumbs ups to our server Pedro and organizing man Hevrik! They were the cherry on top). The service was great all around, very friendly and we were tended to efficiently. The food was delicious as well. We did not get to try the on site restaurants but we did do the outdoor and indoor buffet which had a good variety, and the room service was also tasty. The only downside we experienced was the night entertainment, as there was not much offered within the resort, you had to go out. The central bar has no music as well as the main. But other than that I would highly recommend this location for a beautiful get away!
