“The room was very clean, no carpet in the rooms, the bed was comfortable, there are toiletries in the bathroom. The room had a mini fridge and microwave, all very clean. Friendly staff at the front desk and maintaining Covid protocols The hotel is still being renovated and there are areas where the carpet needs replacing. The outdoor surroundings could be as well maintained as indoor surroundings We did not have the continental breakfast as we thought it went until 10:00 am.”

“The SureStay Hotel is a 5 stars hotel for sure. You can get the best experience if you're around this area. Only 30 min far from Ottawa downtown. Beautiful rooms, designed with style, and very clean. Plus, breakfast. Don't waste your time and money going for hotels/motels in Ottawa or Gatineau, 99% are dirty and outdated, don't clean the rooms, don't include breakfast, and a risk to get bugs. Don't hesitate to visit this place. 100% Satisfied.”
