What stuck out the most, is how the service was amazing. The hotel stay was perfect for what we wanted to do…which was to be able to stay indoors and go shopping! Dinner at the Shore club was very good and so was the buffet brunch! We were just lucky to get a beautiful moon rise by our bedroom window.

I give this hotel two stars because while it was definitely fancy and had nice rooms, there were certain problems we found. First of all, the rooms were nice, although they were quite small for the price. However, the overall experience was ruined by certain problems they had. The first problem was that they had bad directions for leading you to the hotel and telling you what to do when you get there. The instructions on their website had a map to a parking garage, but it lead to a second parking garage that required you to walk through the attached mall to get to the hotel, while there was another parking garage directly attached to the hotel. Secondly, they had a parking pass that you could buy in order to save money, however, if you already parked before going into the hotel and buying the pass, you would still have to pay extra for that park. Because we were not made aware of how to get this parking pass beforehand, we had to get the pass, pay the extra money for our first park, and then get it refunded. Finally, some of the staff was quite rude to our people. We came in a fairly large group with some kids, and at one point they went down to a lobby area to play some games. The first time they did this, they were not told to leave and so they figured it was ok, but the second time they went, a staff member not only told them to leave, which would have been fine, but he started swearing at them and got completely furious before they were able to leave. Later on, the same staff member got mad at us because there were kids from another group of people in the mall area after closing that he assumed were a part of our group.

Room was nice. Bed were comfortable, although a bit too soft for my liking. Pillows were good. Toilet paper was decent. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Heated pool was a bit colder than I expected, but there was nowhere I could see the temperature so hard to say precisely. It was not too cold though, and we spent a good 45m in the pool. Disappointed that stay did not include parking or breakfast, as that generates extra fees and a degree of complication. Overall a good experience
