“Nice hotels as location and service, it was planned to spend only 3 days in this hotel, but due to the cleanliness and location of the hotel, I extended my stay in this hotel and canceled the other hotel.”

“I was ready to give a 5 stars review as the hotel itself as accommodation and breakfast are really good, but the staff treatment and management was just awful. We booked to stay 11 nights as I needed to resolve some passport issues in the city, and after a few days the people from the reception would not stop calling us to pay for half of the payment, even though we had still a few days to stay and booking.com had already taken some money from my card in advance. They were rude and left my mother in a state of complete anxiety. We felt as we’ve been treated as thieves and completely humiliated by the whole situation. I do NOT recommend this hotel solely for the mistreatment of the staff and disregarding for my mother’s health.”
