“The beds were very comfortable, the pool was fine, shower was hot with good pressure, everything was clean. The food was pretty good. However, the shuttle to the airport didn't show up at the 6am hour with dozens of people waiting so for this they lost a star.”

“Many failings. There was no hot water in shower for an hour and half in the morning and I finally had to take cold shower. The lighting in the room was pathetic, 3 dim lights. The lamps also had a very cold color temperature, cold white. The room felt sterile rather than cozy. The safe was locked when I got into the room so I could not use right away.”
