“Was up on training for work , hotel was lovely, rooms were very good, very good location and a nice walk along the river , restaurant was spot on too, as I arrived late the first night , limited to what was left , so I went for the steak , half way into my meal it got stuck and I couldn't breath was choking, no one available to help , couldn't locate toilets so embarrassingly was stranded in the corner , the waiter noticed after 60 seconds or so and rushed to my aid , thankfully after frantically smacking me on the back it came up , escorted me to the toilets and waited until I was OK, popping his head in every minute or so, the next night as I sat having my meal( feeling embarrassed from the night before )both members of staff checking I was OK every couple of minutes and reassuring me everything was fine and not to worry , plenty water on the table that night , I can't thank the waiters actions enough ,thank you once again.”
