The front desk staff is terrible. Most won’t even acknowledge you when it’s obvious you’re checking in or need assistance. The rooms are very small and beds are uncomfortable. The front desk tried to make us stay in a room type that we didn’t book and when we asked to change rooms we were told everything is full. The AC has a mind of its own. The location is good if you’re not interested in venturing out much but besides that I wouldn’t stay here again.

Good location, near several restaurants, but much further from the airport than advertised (about 25 minutes). Big negative was that the they advertise an airport shuttle. They were vague when trying to coordinate prior to arrival ("call us a day in advance") which we did. The hotel tell gave us an email address to write the request, but on the day of travel they tell us that the shuttle only brings customers TO the airport, costing us hassle and an extra $30.

Excelente hotel, está cerca de cajeros, centroscomerciales, restaurantes y sin problema puedes disfrutar la zona y tú estancia en el hotel. Servicio y habitaciones de buena calidad, el gym es muy cómodo, buenas maquinas y con bonita vista.

Es un excelente hotel cuenta con habitaciones muy limpias manteniendo su nivel by Hilton, está ubicado en una plaza cerca de Divina Carne un restaurante muy recomendado para visitar, así mismo está cerca a Friday,Starbucks, Walmart, La europea, este hotel es una gran elección en Cancún. Su desayuno es buffet es básico pero muy rico, sus habitaciones muy limpias, el servicio de primera, puedes coordinar el traslado al aeropuerto previa reserva. Definitivamente lo recomiendo por su nivel y ubicación es una excelente opción para terminar el viaje porque está cerca del aeropuerto.

Buena ubicación, pero algo lejos para moverse por Cancún. El hotel no cumple con el transporte desde y al aeropuerto, tengan cuidado siempre ponen pretextos y no cumplen lo planeado,sin importar si pierden su vuelo. La señorita de la mañana (Jakeline) muestra desinterés para ayudar al cliente. Obvio se ve que ella pone la cara de las quejas, el desayuno hacen un esfuerzo por que tenga el peor sabor y no se pueda comer. Felicidades por eso

It was good overall. A few inconveniences, they gave us 1 room key, which needs to stay in the room to keep the lights on, same key is needed to get elevator access to our floor. So every time i wanted to go downstairs for whatever reason, on the way back I had to ask the front desk to swipe their keycard in the elevator for me. Also the pillows were not easy to sleep on.

It's good for what it is. A hotel closer to the airport. There's banks, restaurants, and shops very close by. It's a lot better than the other airport hotel I stayed in. It's clean and we'll organized. I would definitely come back.

Decent. Tiny rooms. Tiny bathrooms. Stiff beds. Not enough elevators during busy times. But a clean, no frills hotel. Nice places to walk to. Front desk was helpful scheduling taxis. We got a free shuttle ride once when we were having trouble with taxis. They called me a taxi to the airport since it was mid-day, and it was $300 pesos ($13 USD). Know that if you're going to spend a lot of time at the "Hotel Zone" area, it's a long taxi ride. 20 minutes. And 10-15 minutes from the Ado bus station. So factor that into your decision where to stay. We opted to save money since we were only there to sleep, but it was a hassle and required lots of taxi rides which can negate some of your money saved. Your choice if that's worth it.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel Ya que se encuentra dentro de 1 Plaza comercial y hay muchos locales cerca como bancos tiendas de autoservicio de comida rápida El hotel está muy bonito y con precios accesibles el buffet esta agradable Le pongo 4 estrellas porque me habitación no tenía papel sanitario y mi inodoro estaba completamente salpicado de heces fecales y a pesar de pedir el servicio de limpieza nunca llegó.

Minus one star because they do not offer airport shuttle on Sundays per Hotel representative.The Cancun airport fare is about $40 one way even though hotel is only 15 minutes away. I suggest taking this into account before booking and calling hotel to confirm if they have hotel shuttle on your stay.

Hotel acessível e limpo. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos! Eles perdem uma estrela porque os quartos são muito pequenos. Eles oferecem itens gratuitos de café da manhã mexicano e americano todas as manhãs, das 6h às 10h. O hotel está localizado em uma área tranquila, com muitos restaurantes e lojas a uma curta caminhada. Eu ficaria aqui novamente.

Affordable and clean hotel. The staff are really friendly and helpful! They lose a star because the rooms are really small though. They offer free Mexican and American breakfast items every morning from 6 - 10 a.m. The hotel is located in a quiet area with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. I'd stay here again.

This is a nice hotel for staying one to the airport. People are good and the room is clean. Here also closed to the supermarkets, restaurants and coffee. You cam also request the Taxi from the front desk. They are really nice. The taxi price from here to airport is 300 peso/ 20 USD.

I liked that the breakfast changes slightly each day. The service is polite. Unfortunately if you forget something at hole you will need to go to the store close by they had nothing. This is very basic no frills but it is inexpensive.

Un hotel rodeado de muchos restaurantes excelentes, elegantes y de gran variedad, supermercados y locales comerciales, ,maravilloso para salir a cenar. Cerca del aeropuerto, un poco alejado de sitios para conocer, playas, sitios tradicionales, etc. Ideal para fines de negocios u otro fin que requieras de tranquilidad, que no sea conocer Cancún. El parqueadero no es gratis, los taxis y los transportes de tours no ingresan al complejo comercial, te dejan a un costado de la vía y de allí caminas al hotel(10 metros aproximadamente). La piscina o alberca es pequeña. Sitio tranquilo ideal para descansar, atención normal por parte del personal, excepto el señor Jorge quien brindó una atención excelente, servicial, muy colaborador.

Solo limpian por encima, pÉsimo, encontre un cotonete en el baÑo y de repente me quede sin toallas en la habitacion. por la contigencia sanitaria que vivimos ahora, recomiendo no ir a ninguno de estos hoteles, me quede en el hampton de merida y en el de cancun

Personal poco atento, poco amable y casi caen en lo descortés. No saludan. Entré y salí 15 veces y nadie en recepción dice "Buenos días/tardes/noches" Algunos huéspedes sin cubrebocas en áreas comunes del hotel y no les solicitan utilizarlo. No tienen ni idea de quién utiliza las instalaciones del hotel. No resolvieron con rapidez necesidades muy simples (toallas, plancha, uso de lavandería, etc) En general, la atencion y el servicio es malo. Pareciera que el personal del hotel no esta capacitado, o andan sin ganas, molestos o simplemente indiferentes

Conveniently close to the airport and restaurants. Staff is very nice and accommodating. I like that you have to use your access card in the elevator to get to your room. The lobby and the room was very clean. However, the room had the bare minimum and bathroom was a little small. I also did not enjoy the breakfast.

Fantastic service. Daniela was wonderful at checkin, Brandon was helpful at night with snacks from the bar. Starbucks is right across the parking lot, and taxis usually parked around the plaza outside of the hotel. Pool is enjoyable clean and private as well!

I stayed at this property for 2 nights my plan was to stay here for 3 nights. I had issue with my refund. It took almost a month to get my refund. I kept calling the hotel but it was really hard to talk with someone. Finally I spoke to BRANDON he was really helpful and nice. He understood my concern and told me he will talk to his manager. Finally after a day I get an email from Daniela Uzcanga, she just went above and beyond and processed the refund right away. They both have been amazing, I couldn’t express how happy I am with their service. Thanks for being amazing.

We missed our flight and had to stay an extra night in Cancun.It wasn't super expensive and it's really nice and clean.It's in a gated shopping center with a TGI Fridays and steakhouse next door.There is a Walmart grocery store and a Starbucks in the parking lot too which was very convenient.The staff was friendly the beds were comfy.

The room when I arrived was so hot, there were 2 double beds in the roomwhich made it a little cramped, the bathroom also felt very cramped to the pont you had to go in and close the door before you could reach the toilet. The room was also not very sound proof if you get my meaning. The good points, the staff are so friendly welcoming and attentive, the security is good the lift can only be accessed by using your Key Card.

Comodo, con personal muy justo (sedemora el check in si hay varias personas) atención educada, pero fría. Cuenta con amplio estacionamiento, plazas comerciales cercanas, cinemas, bancos y otros servicios muy cerca. Hay supermercados y cafeterias muy cercanos tambien. Se encuentra entre el poblado de Alfredo V. Bonfil y Cancun. No lejos del aeropuerto. No tiene playa. Tiene Gimnasio, desayuno buffete incluido. No hay agua disponible, pero se puede comprar agua en el mismo hotelen la habitación cuenta con 2 pequeñas botellas de agua y cafetera (dos sobres de cafe y 4 de té)

Valentin was such a wonderful Front Desk Agent, very professional, helpful with questions and such a wonderful personality! M Locations is great, right in the middle between the airport and the Hotel Zone. Lots of food options around the hotel as well along with the bank right across the street! Rooms were very clean, breakfast had good hours, did use the pool but it looked nice and relaxing. Definitely will recommend to others and would stay here again if I go back! Thanks a million to Valentin and his wonderful hospitality! Also a shout out to the concierge! I never got her name or I missed it wheel chatting with her but she was also so great and had wonderful tips and ideas!

Very practical and convenient at good rates. A business hotel which can also be used as vacation accomodation. It is part of Hilton group ans the franchise is owned by the owners of Cumbres Plaza. It is recommended to rent a car if you use this hotel since downtown (Palapas Park) is at 9 kms from here and the Kilometer Zero is at 8 kms away. You have Sam's Club, Superama (High Standard Products Supermarket By Walmart), Starbucks, Peter Piper Pizza, Subway, Europea (wine shopBBVA Bank (Compass Bank sibling), Beauty Parlor, Antoniette Café, Pet Shop, Waldo's (Lind of One price store), and much more in the same Area because the Hampton Inn is in the Parking lot of Cumbres Plaza. Across from the hotel you can find many restaurants, a 7Eleven, Cinemex (Movie Complex), A Capsule Hotel (Yellow), Krispy Kreme, an athlete store like Footlockers style, and much more. This other mall is called "Plaza La Roca" (The Rock Plaza). You can find a Catholic Church by walking 3 minutes from your hotel. The residential community "Cumbres" is at 2 minutes from you hotel. Cumbres is an exclusive residential gated area in Cancún, many foreigners live here. If you decide not to rent a car, the taxis are not so expensive because the only two places that are expensive to go to or to come from are: The Hotel Zone and The airport. Hampton is a good option if you need or want to be in Cancún and live as Local but in a nice neighborhood. Even if you want to go to playa del Carmen, you can take the shuttle which passes just at the front of the Plaza. Friday's, Vips and a Steak Resturant are in the same place.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBuIIy. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very welcoming and professional. They provided excellent customer service. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was good and fresh. The atmosphere was welcoming and sensational. I felt like people cared and expressed an excellent hospitality.

Overall great hotel. + Staff is extremely good, and very friendly. They tried best to help staying within hotel rules ( which I think some of them are insane). +Room/Bathroom was clean. +Taxi/Shuttle service is a great help, and at a minimum cost. Negative points, I guess can’t be ignored. - Walls are super thin, I woke up number of times in night by sound of people banging the door. - Hot water was not available. - You need to leave something as a deposit to take towels out of the hotel. Which I heard of for the first time in my life.
