“Stay away from this hotel. This rooms were dirty, bathrooms were not clean, furniture was old and dinged. Service was horrible.We got in at 11 am at night and there were 2 couples before us waiting for their room. They were told that they couldn't find their reservation. Those poor people showed them that they booked thru Hilton. Instead of talking to these people and apologizing that they double booked, the front desk called cops. Long story short, same thing happened to us. They couldn't find our reservation and had double booked and gave our rooms to someone else, even though we are Hilton honor members and booked through Hilton website. After an hour and a half, they gave us a room with a King ( we had reserved a queen- 2 adults and 2 kids) . The room was dirty. The floor was not clean. Front desk had to go down and get us towels. The bathroom was dirty as well and there was a half used shower gel left in the shower stall.We could not sleep at all as this room faced the garage and had unloading loading noises all throughout the night and early morning. After talking to the front desk, they finally shifted to a room with two queens and gave us free breakfast, the next day which was nice.The room that they switched us to was clean but of course the furniture was old and had scratches and dings on it.The front desk manager was nice told us that we wont be charged for that night as a courtesy and she apologized . However, they charged us for NO SHOW for the first night.This hotel has lot of problems. Younger lady at front desk was very rude did not apologize. They have horrible service.If they are negative ratings, I would give them anegative 10.Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this hotel. The only good thing about this hotel was eclectic decor. Fique longe deste hotel. Estes quartos estavam sujos, os banheiros não estavam limpos, os móveis eram velhos e amassados. O serviço foi horrível.Chegamos às 11 horas da noite e havia 2 casais antes de nós esperando por seu quarto. Eles foram informados de que não conseguiram encontrar sua reserva. Aquelas pessoas pobres mostraram a eles que reservaram pelo Hilton. Em vez de falar com essas pessoas e se desculpar por terem reservado duas vezes, a recepção chamou a polícia. Para encurtar a história, a mesma coisa aconteceu conosco. Eles não conseguiram encontrar nossa reserva e fizeram uma reserva dupla e deram nossos quartos para outra pessoa, embora sejamos membros de honra do Hilton e reservamos pelo site do Hilton. Depois de uma hora e meia, eles nos deram um quarto com uma cama king (tínhamos reservado uma rainha - 2 adultos e 2 crianças). O quarto estava sujo. O chão não estava limpo. A recepção teve que descer e pegar as toalhas. O banheiro também estava sujo e havia um gel de banho meio usado à esquerda no box do chuveiro.Não conseguimos dormir, pois este quarto ficava de frente para a garagem e tinha ruídos de descarga durante toda a noite e no início da manhã. Depois de conversar com a recepção, eles finalmente mudaram para um quarto com duas rainhas e nos deram café da manhã gratuito, no dia seguinte, o que foi bom.O quarto para o qual eles nos mudaram era limpo, mas é claro que os móveis eram velhos e tinham arranhões e mossas. O gerente da recepção foi bom nos disse que não será cobrado por essa noite como cortesia e ela pediu desculpas. No entanto, eles nos cobraram NO SHOW para a primeira noite.Este hotel tem muitos problemas. Jovem senhora na recepção foi muito rude não pediu desculpas. Eles têm um serviço horrível.Se eles são classificações negativas, eu lhes daria um negativo 10. Faça um favor a si mesmo e não fique neste hotel. “When I checked in, the entrance and reception area gave me a bad vibe with loud music and dim lighting.The music was so loud that the receptionist and I couldn't hear each other and the receptionist had to step out to the side to get close to me.As to the room, i paid extra to get a better bathroom amenity but nothing seems notable.The website talked about a bath tub , which was a reason for me to pay more, but nope!Wasn't there.When i called the front desk, the receptionist told me there are no rooms in this hotel that has a bath tub!In the room, the furniture was scratched and old fashioned as if I am in a 2-star motel.I just can't believe this is a 4-star hotel.Go to a different hotel and save your money. A música estava tão alta que a recepcionista e eu não conseguíamos nos ouvir e a recepcionista teve que sair para o lado para se aproximar de mim. Quanto ao quarto, paguei a mais para obter uma comodidade de banheiro melhor, mas nada parece notável. O site falava em banheira, o que era motivo para eu pagar mais caro, mas não! Não estava lá. Quando liguei para a recepção, a recepcionista me disse que não há quartos neste hotel com banheira! No quarto, os móveis eram arranhados e antiquados, como se eu estivesse em um motel de 2 estrelas. Eu simplesmente não posso acreditar que este é um hotel de 4 estrelas. Vá para um hotel diferente e economize seu dinheiro.”
