“Nosso quarto estava bem - chuveiro precisava de uma boa limpeza. Ligamos com antecedência para fazer o check-in mais cedo e a recepção disse que o mais cedo possível era às 15h, então dissemos "ótimo, vamos fazer isso". Chegamos lá por volta das 14h45 e deixamos o pessoal da recepção saber que sabíamos que nosso quarto ainda não estava pronto e perguntamos se poderíamos esperar até que estivesse pronto. Eles disseram que tudo bem e que enviariam alguém para nos avisar quando nosso quarto estivesse pronto. Às 3:15, fui até a recepção e pedi para fazer o check-in e a recepcionista disse em um tom atrevido "Acho que o quarto deles está pronto, então?" então eu disse a ele que liguei antes e combinamos que poderíamos fazer o check-in às 3. Foi um simples erro de comunicação (da parte deles), mas eu poderia ter agido sem o comentário atrevido. Outras coisas que as pessoas deveriam saber - eles não estão servindo café da manhã agora (Covid), mas o bar do andar de cima está aberto.”

“We loved our stay. The room was large, quiet and so very clean, esp now in COVID. The staff was helpful for finding local hikes, food, etc. The daily coffee/hot chocolate bar was wonderful addition.”
