“I had to change room, I spent two nights without having a heater, the unit was damaged, they promised me they were going to fix it after my first night, when I came back to the hotel, I found after hours that they didn't fix it, so they changed me to another room. Well then I had a neighbor that at 6 am the TV was with a high volume, and besides that, he was all the time having a discussion with the female, then at night his TV was on u til midnight, I complained at the front desk, but they just heated me and said they will speak to the guest, but no solution to the problem. Housekeeping never cleaned well the room, and every day at 8 am they knocked at our door for Housekeeping, I told them every day to avoid the knocking at my door, but they kept doing it.! Rooms need better maintenance.”

“Great stay, EXTRA comfortable beds (and I mean it!! Possible the best bed I have tried in hotels), very clean and overall pretty good value for your money. Staff is super friendly.
