“Ideally situated mid-way between downtown and the marina and close to the subway. The rooms are nice and clean, and the bedding comfortable even though they start showing the signs of (ab)use. I had an issue with the faucet in my room and it took the staff two days and my reiterated complaining at the front desk for having it (kind) of fixed... This is not the level of service one would expect from a 4* hotel ! The breakfast buffet is good.”

“It's s nice hotel. Well managed and the people seem polite and courteous. I like the design and that it's one of the earliest in Dubai to consider a green architecture. Some of the floors are a little elaborate and unconventional. You could get lost and not find your way out. Nice coffee shop with friendly service.”
