“A very neat hotel with a friendly staff. But there breakfast is really terrible. They obviously are understaffed and short on everything. Trays are empty most times. Ate twice already and it’s the same. The management has to do something. It used to be a very good place and now I’m really disappointed!”

“We stayed at the NH Royal Urban 26 for 4 nights. The hotel is a business hotel with spacious, clean rooms with fairly comfortable beds. We appreciated the low room rate and fluffy pillows. The hotel is a bit older and rooms not very soundproof between rooms and floors. What made our stay great was the service provided by the staff- from front desk staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff. This morning we received outstanding cheerful service from Olga Martinez who gave us exceptional service at breakfast. Thank you NH Royal Urban 26 staff!”
