Typical 3-star hotel, fitness center is pretty lame but the pool is nice. Comfortable room. Was full of hockey teams so I'm sure the staff was working hard to keep up with the cleaning.

Overall, it looked and feel cleaned. Continental Breakfast was decent. However, some bugs issues are going on. In-room 501, I noticed multiple ants in the bed and couch area. The hostess was pleasant and moved me to the 6th floor. However, the following day, I noticed some silverfish bugs crawling on my clothes that were laying on the floor. They need to get the whole hotel treated for pesticides. I feel like cleaning ladies over doing a pretty decent job but the inside property needs to be managed/treated by pest control. And one of the elevators was not working - means a longer wait time and sometimes cramped with other people in the elevator during the pandemic. Also, they were not reinforcing masks in the lobby areas. Would I say here again, most likely no since there are multiple hotels nearby that area to pick from

**Edit: I'm almost positive the room we stayed in had bed bugs. At first glance, the hotel looked great! Lobby was welcoming and the staff was really nice. But once you start looking at the details, there is a lot of updating in the room that needs to happen. The tiles in the shower needed scrubbing, the shower head needed a deep clean, the water pressure was soft, the temperature was finicky. And that’s just the shower. I feel like I stayed at a Motel 6 or Super 8. We would not stay here again as the price did not match the quality, but it was not a terrible place to lay our heads for the night.

Was a wonderful stay. Wish I could have stayed longer. Room was very clean. Had the most wonderful mattress and pillows. The only complaint was the towels, very thin and small.

Enjoyed a restful time here in April 2021. Two nights in your hotel with excellent staff, so friendly !! Thank you ! In addition, I LOVED my room comfortable bed. Slept like a baby.
