Es un hotel precioso pegado a una playa dividida en dos partes,una de arena negra (artificial) y otra de arena rubia son espectaculares y muy familiares,con respecto al establecimiento,que decir,gente amable y con muchísima limpieza y como no la gastronomía de riu inconfundible y exquisita

Great location,very hygiëne, friendly workers and they are super fast ,the foods are also good lots of variety , they organise every single day activities from morning till evening , I totally love the hotel and the workers . The only thing missing was a massage place, but in the neighborhood around there's a very good Thai massage which is like around 2km very affordable and very amazing massage,it's called (Sabai traditional massage) he works alone very friendly guy trying to make a living and it was 1hour massage a full body massage ,went with my husband, it was incredible worth the money and not expensive !!!😍😍. Would definitely recommend to go to that place.

Hotel muito bom. Os quartos standard são magníficos. É muito limpo e comemos muito bem. A equipe é super legal. A Covid exige que as medidas de saúde sejam respeitadas: geada, máscaras em todos os lugares, exceto sentar e medir a temperatura pela manhã e à noite. Por outro lado, o número de pessoas é reduzido e alguns estabelecimentos e lojas estão encerrados.

Llevábamos tiempo con ganas de ir y la experiencia ha merecido la pena. Todo ha estado muy bien pero su ubicación, en primera linea de playa, a la que puedes bajar a darte un baño y subir de nuevo a tu hamaca, es de Super10.

A faxineira faz um trabalho muito bom, que você sempre pode ver do quarto. A área da piscina é mega, principalmente as camas balinesas para a suíte júnior. Simplesmente ótimo! Nice hotel, muito simpática equipe. Buffet é diferente a cada dia. Reserve 2 restaurantes: cozinha espanhola e nova. Serviço de bar na piscina, excelente vista do bar do lobby 6º andar sobre toda a baía. Bebidas alcoólicas agradáveis.

Hotel ubicado en primera línea de playa, muy cómodo, limpio y en lo que respecta al covid-19, muy seguro. Personal atento y amable. Muy recomendable.

En relación a la calidad general del hotel para mí tiene un 9 sobre 10. Como aspectos positivos destacar el personal del restaurante, destacando a Carlos como camarero ejemplar en la atención y divertimento de los niños con su truco de magia. También comentar que los espacios y la distribución de las hamacas en piscinas estaban separadas como marcan las medidas Covid, así como la limpieza y vigilancia de las zonas comunes. Destacar por último como aspecto muy positivo el detalle del late check out gratuito hasta las 17:00 para poder disfrutar del último día en familia.Como aspectos a mejorar empezaría por el tema del restaurante piscina grande que al estar próximo al césped tuvimos que comer espantando a infinidad de mosquitos con lo que no fue del todo agradable. Otro aspecto a mejorar es que en la habitación no había botella de agua de cortesía ( sí en el mini-bar) y tampoco tetera eléctrica para poder hacerse infusión o té.En los pasillos los carros de la limpieza y maletas que pasan cerca de las habitaciones a hora temprana se oyen dentro de las habitaciones y molestan a una hora en la que todavía uno está descansando. Por último destacar que a la hora de pagar y realizar el chek out en recepción los datáfonos no tienen contactless por lo que no están adaptados a las nuevas formas de pago. Este hotel es de 5 estrellas y debería contemplar tenerlo en cuenta.

Instalaciones bonitas, personal muy agradable y muy concienciados con la situación actual. Las piscinas las esperaba más impresionantes, la pared de la habitación tenía bastantes manchas, el buffet libre normalito y la oferta sin gluten del desayuno deja bastante que desear. Pasamos una buena velada a pesar de esos "detalles". Ricardo fue súper atento y agradable en cada visita al bar de la piscina, da gusto ver a gente que tiene pasión por su profesión.

Super hotel, quarto, jardim e piscina são muito bons. A comida é ótima todos os dias e é sempre alternada. A equipe é muito simpática. Mesmo nos tempos da coroa, alguém estava em boas mãos aqui. Os regulamentos de higiene sempre foram observados pela equipe e pelos convidados. Os quartos foram sempre muito limpos.

No gramado ao lado da piscina, as abelhas foram combatidas enquanto comiam e mortas com gás venenoso / spray. As abelhas se espalharam pela área de jantar e piscina em sua agonia de 30 minutos. Ao mesmo tempo, ainda havia pessoas na piscina. Quando perguntamos à equipe sobre isso, eles riram de nós e disseram que a instrução para combatê-la vinha da recepção. Crueldade animal aos meus olhos. As abelhas estão ameaçadas de extinção e devem ser protegidas. Também na Espanha!

We just spent a week at this hotel and we will definitely come back. The hotel is really smart and well equipped. The food was amazing. The staff in every department couldn't do enough for us. We had many holidays in Tenerife but this has been outstanding. Would definitely recommend

Nothing to fault. Safe, clean, great food. Location is perfect just by the beachand nice restaurants,andshopping nearby walking. Evening entertainment isnot excitingbut suitable for the older generations or for a late drink on the balcony.Ask for quiet room. Otherwise might be near the music stage that ends around 11.
