“A great stay! Free breakfast was excellent and the food was actually much better than I was expecting.
The elevator was a little run down, and our hallway smelled awful. The room itself was pretty nice, although the bathroom was nothing special. The phone wiring was like, broken? Which was strange and not my favorite. But the amenities were great, microwave, huge fridge AND dishes? Wow! Also the pool was great, so was the hot tub!
A couple of issues came up during our stay and management was quick to set things right and helped to make the experience a lot better for us.
It’s definitely not the nicest place to stay for Disney, and the shuttle is not reliable at all, but if you’re looking for an affordable, family-friendly location for a Disney trip, this place has got you covered!”

“Not at all Hilton quality. The worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. The doors were literally off the hinges, the coils were sticking out of the mattress on the pull out; when we left somebody left their mattress in the hallway it was so bad. They would not clean the room, The shower curtain had what appeared to be fecal matter smeared on it, the hallways were covered in trash, the elevators were disgusting. The water pressure was ridiculous. There was no ice the entire time we stayed there, they said there was a shuttle to Disneyland, not true. It was the city bus. Horrible and embarrassing place to stay”
