Rooms very clean and nice and spacious Stacy and Mindy in the arts and crafts area for kids were amazing soo friendly, fun spirited, and excited to be doing there job that they made it fun for everyone around they wete very social and made sure the activity area was fun. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful as well great place to go

Cara, é difícil ver um resort tão divertido ficar tão degradado. Eu venho aqui anualmente desde que eles abriram e naquela época havia tantas atividades divertidas para as crianças, como filmes na piscina, s'mores, fazer camisas tie-dye e agora eles nem conseguem substituir o basquete quebrado aro em uma das piscinas. A equipe parece ter mudado tremendamente e ouvimos o gerente distrital dizendo a outro cliente que ele não se importava com o que ela sentia por ele ou pelo hotel, pois isso não o afetou. Nossa varanda estava suja e coberta de cocô de pássaros, então não podíamos usar isso, as piscinas estavam todas muito, muito nubladas, e as churrasqueiras que eles costumavam ter disponíveis diminuíram para quase inutilizáveis. Man, it’s hard to see such a fun resort get so run down. I’ve been coming here annually since they opened and back then there were SO many fun activities for the kids like movies in the pool, s’mores, making tie-dye shirts and now they can’t even seem to replace the broken basketball hoop at one of the pools. The staff seems to have changed tremendously and we overheard the district manager telling another patron that he didn’t care how she felt about him or the hotel since it didn’t effect him. Our balcony was filthy and covered in bird poop so we couldn’t use that, the pools were all very very cloudy, and the grills they used to have available have dwindled down to barely useable . Such a bummer

Quando chegamos, colocamos nossa comida que acabamos de comprar na geladeira. Estávamos pensando que a geladeira funcionava. Cerca de 4 horas depois, voltamos para descobrir que a geladeira não estava funcionando e todos os nossos produtos de carne estragaram. Ligamos para a recepção e eles tinham alguém para olhar. Ele disse que estava quebrado e que nos traria um novo no dia seguinte. Quando ligamos para a recepção, eles disseram que nos dariam 50 créditos de resort. No dia seguinte comemos no restaurante de lá porque tínhamos o crédito. Sim, somos cobrados em nosso cartão de crédito hoje pelo nosso almoço. Nós ligamos para eles afirmaram que não tinham registro disso. Eles não devolveram o dinheiro que nos cobraram. Agora estamos fora toda a comida e almoço. O pessoal mentiu. Atendimento ao cliente muito ruim. Não acredite em nada que lhe digam. Eles querem que você compre um compartilhamento de tempo, mas trate os hóspedes assim. Realmente era 50 dólares de crédito alimentar com isso para eles.

Teve um lindo tempo! O hotel ofereceu o que o site mostrou, os funcionários foram educados e amigáveis, os quartos eram ótimos! Bom ter sua própria suíte, lavanderia, cozinha completa, pátio etc. As piscinas eram limpas e divertidas, salva-vidas de plantão nas piscinas infantis, além de piscina de bônus para adultos! Uma estadia tão incrível! Mal posso esperar para voltar!

A primeira vez que vim aqui foi muito bom, então reservei mais duas estadias. O resort era realmente adequado para crianças e nos permitiu pegar nossos filhos de 6 anos no fundo dos toboáguas, já que eles não são os nadadores mais fortes e coletes salva-vidas não eram permitidos. Quando voltamos pela segunda vez, tudo começou bem e pegamos nossos filhos no final dos slides sem problemas. Então, no meio do dia, eles declararam que tinham uma mudança de política e não podíamos mais pegar nossos filhos e eles tinham que nadar sozinhos. Isso não fazia sentido, já que estávamos fazendo isso a manhã toda sem nenhum problema. Quando falei com o gerente do hotel, ela mostrou uma completa falta de empatia e foi francamente rude. Cancelei minha terceira estadia com este local e reservei com o Arizona Grand Resort, pois eles têm muitos toboáguas e piscinas para crianças para todas as idades. Eles querem que você compre um timeshare e tentaram me vender um com a premissa de que todo resort é “amigável para crianças”, mas isso prova o contrário. Muito decepcionante e não recomendo Holiday Inn Club Vacations.

The first time I came here it was really great, so I booked two more stays. The resort was truly kid friendly and allowed us to catch our 6 year olds at the bottom of the water slides, since they aren’t the strongest swimmers and life vests weren’t allowed. When we came back for a second time, everything started out fine and we would catch our kids at the end of the slides without any issues. Then, halfway through the day they stated they had a policy change and we could no longer catch our kids and they had to be able to swim on their own. This made zero sense since we had been doing it all morning without any issue. When I spoke to the hotel manager, she showed a complete lack of empathy and was quite frankly rude. I canceled my third stay with this location and booked with the Arizona Grand Resort instead since they have plenty of kid friendly water slides and pools for all ages. They want you to buy a timeshare, and tried to sell me one off the premise that every resort is “kid friendly”, but this proves otherwise. Very disappointing and will not recommend Holiday Inn Club Vacations.

When we ckeck in we put our food that we just bought in the refrigerator. We were thinking the refrigerator worked.About 4 hours later we came back to find out the refrigerator was not working and all our meat products have gone bad.We called the front desk and they had someone come look at it.He said it was broken and would bring us a new one in the next day.When we called the front desk they said they would give us50 resort credit. The next day we eat at the restaurant there because we had the credit.Yes we get charged on our credit card today for our lunch.We we called they stated they had no record of it.They would not return the money they charged us.Now we are out all the food and lunch.The staff lied. Very poor customer service. Do not believe anything they tell you. They want you to buy a time share but then treat there guests like that. Really was 50 dollar food credit with that to them.

Had a lovely time! The hotel offered what the website showed, the staff were polite and friendly, the rooms were great! Nice to have your own suite, laundry, full kitchen, patio etc. The pools were clean and fun, life guards on duty at the kids pools, plus bonus adults only pool! Such an amazing stay! Can’t wait to go back!

Instalações muito atraentes, bem decoradas e SEM ELEVADOR PARA UM EDIFÍCIO DE 3 HISTÓRIAS!! Este é o segundo Holiday Inn Resort em que vejo isso, o primeiro foi no Apple Mountain, na Carolina do Norte. Você está de brincadeira? Você está tentando ser processado por violações da ADA de propósito? Chegamos tarde porque nosso voo atrasou. Quando chegamos, encontramos um carrinho de bagagem prático, então está tudo bem, fazemos um check-in tardio com a segurança, um simpático mexicano-americano chamado Jonathan, depois descobrimos que nosso quarto fica no 3º andar e não há elevador. Minha esposa e eu temos 65 e 61 anos, respectivamente, e temos um filho deficiente. Se não fosse pelo husky Jonathan nos ajudando a carregar nossos 3 60+ lbs mais itens de bagagem até 3 andares, não há como teríamos conseguido e teríamos sido obrigados a procurar acomodação em outro lugar durante a noite. Estamos partindo esta manhã e tememos ter que carregar a bagagem pesada agora. Felizmente, temos o benefício da GRAVIDADE, mas tenho problemas cardíacos e nas costas. Vamos esperar pelo melhor. MUITO INCONVENIENTE.

Very attractive facilities, well decorated and NO ELEVATOR FOR A 3 STORY BUILDING!! This is the second Holiday Inn Resort I see this in, the first one was at Apple Mountain in NC.Are you kidding?Are you trying to get sued for ADA violations on purpose?We had a late arrival because our flight got delayed.When we arrive we find a handy luggage cart, so everything is fine, we do a late check in with security, a nice Mexican American fellow named Jonathan,then we discover our room is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.My wife and I are 65 and 61 respectively and we have a disabled son.If not for husky Jonathan helping us carry our 3 60+ lbs plus luggage items up 3 floors, there is no way we could have managed and would have been required to seek accomodation elsewhere for the night.We are leaving this morning and dread having to carry down the heavy luggage now.Thankfully we have the benefit of GRAVITY, but I have heart and back issues.Let's hope for the best.VERY INCONVENIENT.

Eu gostei da minha estadia novamente este ano! Alguns amigos e eu venho para jogar algumas rodadas de golfe a cada ano; estamos se hospedar aqui para os últimos anos e eu realmente gosto dele. I enjoyed my stay again this year! Some friends and I come to play a few rounds of golf every year; we have been staying here for the past few years and I really like it. The staff is extremely helpful, and the facilities are well kept. I thoroughly enjoyed the addition of the adults only pool area; continual improvement is what it’s all about!

Update after 2 years - they offer a Signature room as well as standard for an upcharge. You get some high class appliances, a wine cooler and larger washer/dryer among other items. Signature rooms are in Bldg 2 and 3. Still lack a desk and the table is very small, I would say tiny for 4 people. 2019 Very nice resort with large rooms and clean lines. Deluxe 1 bedrooms are much better than plain 1 bedrooms. Includes washer and dryer. Great location near Scottsdale restaurants and shops. Covered parking for very hot days is close to bldgs, Kids water park is big enough for most kids yet small enough they don't get lost. Pricing is a little high. Avoid their timeshare...they change the rules whenever they want so one year you get extra benefits and the next year you don't. They discourage reselling your unit so you won't get your money back if you are unhappy.
