“I forgot my credit card and ID at the room and when I called to go pick it up thinking it was turned in I find out no one turned it in !! I specifically remembered where it was left. I stayed there for a total of 4 nights. On my 3rd night I went down stairs in the middle of the night for a beverage and left my phone and wallet in my room . When I asked for a replacement key to get back in the supervisor refused to give me one because I didn't have my ID or phone on me. Even after verifying my information on file . He proceeded inform me about there not being a manager on site. They're ridiculous”
