New hotel clean rooms and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, best of all no obnoxious loud political indoctrination News channel blaring during breakfast Nuevo hotel, habitaciones limpias y personal amable, desayuno excelente, lo mejor de todo, sin adoctrinamiento político ruidoso y desagradable. Canal de noticias a todo volumen durante el desayuno.

So this hotel just opened about 3 weeks ago, and they have some kinks to work through.Our sheets were so starchy they were uncomfortable.The new blind/shades were controlled by some contraption on the wall with no instructions.Those will surely be broken in no time.Also, it was hard to sleep with 95 noise right next to us.We were put into a handicapped room (didn't need it, but they were nearly sold out), and the shower didn't come with a shower curtain.The water went everywhere on the floor and we could've broken our neck stepping out.Some poor family got trapped in the elevator while we were there - the FD had to come.The breakfast - oy!Watery coffee, watery apple juice, no food towards the 9:15am time frame. This hotel, and the hotel next door are/were much needed in the area, and overall, the experience was not terrible, but as I said above, they have some kinks to work through. Así que este hotel acaba de abrir hace unas 3 semanas, y tienen algunos problemas que solucionar. Nuestras sábanas estaban tan almidonadas que eran incómodas. Las persianas/persianas nuevas estaban controladas por algún artilugio en la pared sin instrucciones. Esos seguramente se romperán en poco tiempo. Además, era difícil dormir con el ruido del 95 justo al lado de nosotros. Nos pusieron en una habitación para discapacitados (no la necesitábamos, pero casi se agotaron), y la ducha no tenía cortina. El agua se desparramó por todo el suelo y podríamos habernos roto el cuello al salir. Una familia pobre quedó atrapada en el ascensor mientras estábamos allí; el FD tenía que venir. El desayuno - ¡ay! Café aguado, jugo de manzana aguado, sin comida hacia las 9:15 am. Este hotel y el hotel de al lado son/eran muy necesarios en el área y, en general, la experiencia no fue terrible, pero como dije anteriormente, tienen algunos problemas que resolver.

Portanto, este hotel foi inaugurado há cerca de 3 semanas e eles têm alguns problemas para resolver. Nossos lençóis eram tão engomados que eram desconfortáveis. As novas cortinas / persianas eram controladas por alguma engenhoca na parede sem instruções. Aqueles certamente serão quebrados em nenhum momento. Além disso, era difícil dormir com 95 ruídos ao nosso lado. Fomos colocados em um quarto para deficientes (não precisava, mas estavam quase esgotados), e o chuveiro não vinha com cortina. A água se espalhou por todo o chão e poderíamos ter quebrado o pescoço ao sair. Uma família pobre ficou presa no elevador enquanto estávamos lá - o FD tinha que vir. O café da manhã - oi! Café aguado, suco de maçã aguado, nada de comida por volta das 9h15. Este hotel e o hotel ao lado são / eram muito necessários na área e, no geral, a experiência não foi terrível, mas, como eu disse acima, eles têm alguns problemas para resolver.

NOT OPEN as of 11/15/22.They took reservations for multiple rooms even though it wasn’t open, canceled our reservations last minute, and offered zero help or compensation even though we are elite status.Had to book other rooms last minute at a higher cost because it was last minute. Marriott (corporate) helped as much as they could, but this independent branch is absolutely terrible, and the GM ignored all emails and concerns.This is this groups first Marriott property- they should probably stick to their budget hotel portfolio where customers are accustomed to zero service. NÃO ABERTO a partir de 15/11/22. Eles aceitaram reservas para vários quartos, embora não estivessem abertos, cancelaram nossas reservas no último minuto e não ofereceram ajuda ou compensação, embora tenhamos status de elite. Tive que reservar outros quartos no último minuto a um custo mais alto porque era de última hora. A Marriott (corporativa) ajudou o máximo que pôde, mas essa filial independente é absolutamente terrível e o GM ignorou todos os e-mails e preocupações. Esta é a primeira propriedade Marriott do grupo - eles provavelmente deveriam manter seu portfólio de hotéis econômicos, onde os clientes estão acostumados a serviço zero.

Tomaron reservas para varias habitaciones a pesar de que no estaba abierta, cancelaron nuestras reservas en el último minuto y no ofrecieron ayuda ni compensación a pesar de que somos un estado de élite. Tuve que reservar otras habitaciones en el último minuto a un costo más alto porque fue en el último minuto. Marriott (corporativo) ayudó tanto como pudo, pero esta sucursal independiente es absolutamente terrible, y el gerente general ignoró todos los correos electrónicos y preocupaciones.
