“La familia y yo íbamos camino a Pensilvania cuando nuestro coche se averió en la carretera. Tuvimos que caminar 3 millas para llegar a este increíble hotel. La gente de recepción fue muy agradable y cariñosa con nosotros. Creo que el propietario fue muy amable al llevarme a una tienda de repuestos para que podamos intentar arreglar nuestro auto. No puedo agradecerle lo suficiente por hacer esto por nosotros. Mientras estuvimos allí, se aseguraron de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos. No es muy frecuente encontrar un hotel con tanta hospitalidad. Cuando nos fuimos, me sentí como si fuéramos de la familia jajaja. “The hotel is nice. It was recently remodeled. The real reason for the 5 star review was the incredibly nice lady working the front desk. After a 15 hour drive and our first hotel being a horror show, Mary greeted us with open arms and went far above and beyond to make sure that our stay was the best that it could possibly be. It was the perfect first impression and hands down the best customer service I've received in recent memory.”
