“First time to experience a loft living and it didn't disappointed me at all. The Aloft Hotel in Madrid was simply chic and beautiful. I tried some cocktails in the rooftop bar and it was really delicious and a very good value for money. The bartenders were all friendly and can converse well in English. I will definitely be back.”

“The staff at the Aloft Gran Via were phenomenal! They helped us communicate in Spanish and Portuguese to get our luggage after it had been delayed. In addition to their help, they were very kind and generous to us because of our misfortune. If I ever know anyone traveling to Madrid, I will absolutely recommend the Aloft Gran Via. It was clean, convenient, and in an excellent location. The rooftop bar was awesome—great day and night views overlooking the city. Overall, we felt so at home at this hotel and will definitely stay there in future trips to Madrid.”
